CGRMS: Computer Graphics Response Management System

CGRMS PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

 

 

CGRMS (Computer Graphics & Response Management System) is an Integrated Site Management Software application that contains a user-friendly GUI interface for presenting and managing alarm point specific information. Graphics and floor plans with blinking icons representing the point in alarm can also be added to visually aid an operator.  CGRMS contains 4 modular sections.

  1. Alarm Logging and Data Base & Report Generation:  Displays active alarm information as text, including time, date, alarm name, location, “who to call/what to do “instructions and dispatcher’s actions and comments.  CGRMS is Plug & Play application and incoming events from the System 3505/System 3505 Prism LX will auto-populate the event and text information via the D-LAN protocol (see below)
  2. Graphic Display: Shows map/graphic display with user defined icons, instructions & control features.
  3. CCTV Record and Control:  When an alarm is activated, associated cameras can be directed to transmit and record the alarm scene.  Included features are: pre and post alarm recording, video motion detection, pan tilt and zoom camera control, and camera scheduling.

  • Access Control: Interfaces to readers and reader types.  Provides real time status of door activity and access violations.

CGRMS operates in a stand-alone or a client/server configuration and can be expanded to meet the customer’s needs. A CGRMS Server is defined as the computer connected to the System 3505/System 3505 Prism LX and can operate as a standalone system. CGRMS Workstations can be added to network and communicate to a CGRMS Server. The CGRMS Server and Workstation roles are defined within the hasp key.

CGRMS is price-structured using Object limits within the key:  400, 1,000, 4,000, 10,000, and 250,000.  CGRMS operates on the Microsoft Windows 7™ operating system and requires the D-LAN Option (PN #020001-0118) when interfacing with the System 3505/System 3505 Prism LX.  The D-LAN Option is available at additional cost.

Each of the preceding devices has a different “object value”. These are as follows:

  • Sensory device = 1 object
  • Access control reader = 4 objects
  • CCTV Camera = 8 objects
