Ms. Brecher has enjoyed responsibility for overall operational management at Digitize, Inc. for the past 13 years. Production, customer service, and human resource policy are her daily focus. Her leadership proved instrumental in helping Digitize to earn its initial, and continued, ISO 9001 certification. Ms. Brecher actively maintains our ongoing commitment to the principles of ISO Quality Standards. Through her broad leadership role, Ms. Brecher works closely with all department heads to ensure that Digitize continues to operate and improve as a professional, customer-focused organization.
Each Digitize employee is trained in ISO policies and procedures by Ms. Brecher, personally. As the head of Human Resources, she is also responsible for recruiting appropriate personnel, staff retention, and maintenance of a positive work environment. Ms. Brecher also coordinates Digitize training seminars, trade show participation, and hospitality for the annual Board of Governors meetings.
