Starting as an apprentice service and installation technician upon leaving the United States Air Force in 1970, Mr. Klepner has over 38 years of experience in the fire and security alarm business. His resume includes Middlesex County Vocational Technical School, Newark College of Engineering and various trade and continuing education courses. His practical experience includes over five years as the chief evening service technician for AFA Fire and Security Systems in New Jersey, IBEW Low Voltage Journeyman, and operating his own fire and security alarm company.

This practical application of academic credentials has provided Mr. Klepner with unique problem solving skills and allows him to design the most strategic and cost-effective solutions to complex alarm monitoring problems.

Since joining Digitize in 1996, Mr. Klepner has developed the concepts and ultimately designed the Integrated Alarm Monitoring Systems and Solution for numerous military and governmental installations, rail systems, municipalities, universities, air and sea ports, and industrial sights. He has also been extensively involved with he design and development of many Digitize products—most recently the Remote Annunciator, SMS Text-to-Cell Phone, Q-Mux RF and Mesh Radio Network.
