The DGM-32M Series includes data gathering modules that monitor dry contacts. The unit communicates with the System 3505 head-end via a dedicated cable pair. The System 3505 polls all DGM panels for any change in status, which are then passed to the head-end. All status changes are held in memory by the DGM, even if the condition clears. Inputs are supervised so that any break in the input circuit will cause a “Trouble” condition to be reported by the zone.
The DGM-32M is suitable for an installation that will start out at 8, 16, or 24 (and possibly expand later to 32) End-of-Line resistor alarm inputs without relay control requirements. Order this panel according to how many zones are desired initially: DGM-32-8, DGM 32-16, etc.
