Mr. Amir has an extensive background in sales organization development and business growth. He joined an expanding Digitize, Inc. with a clear mission: lead the transition of Digitize from a product and engineering company toward a pro-active, sales-driven, customer-focused organization. He is expanding market penetration within the company’s core distributor network, adding qualified distributors and developing strategic alliances with larger companies in related businesses. To demonstrate his on-going commitment to our distributor network, Mr. Amir established the Digitize Distributor Advisory Board within his first year with the company. The mission of this group is integrate distributor and customer feedback into Digitize product and business development goals, as well as the sales strategies designed to achieve them. This Advisory Board consists of five key distributors and meets annually.
Mr. Amir is also responsible for developing the company’s marketing strategies, which are directed at increasing brand awareness and establishing a stronger presence in our target markets. Prior experience as senior management in the high-tech sector helped Mr. Amir to identify the most efficient means of fulfilling his mission with the company. He clearly understands that providing innovative solutions to complex alarm monitoring problems is an essential component for true customer satisfaction. His leadership has contributed enormously to a surge in Digitize product visibility and company growth within a highly competitive niche market. Mr. Amir’s focus has resulted in an infectious sense of enthusiasm felt from Sales to Shipping, and a sustained surge in company growth.
